I just wanted to let you know that I received notification from the VA today that my Mom’s pension was received. It’ll be retroactive to December 1, 2010. We should receive the first benefit payment in the next 15 days. Thank you and thank you Steve for your help. I can’t begin to tell you what a relief this is and how much my family appreciates your assistance with getting this benefit. Without this financial assistance, we would not have been able to provide my Mom with such a great place to live the rest of her days. She’s safe, warm and well taken care of.
